i am so happy to announce i will be adding the practice of Yoga, Pranayama & Meditation to my schedule as i graduate as a RYT200.

i have whole heartedly discovered this love and respect for the yoga practice and the lifestyle it brings with. i have benefitted tremendously from yoga, pranayama and meditation both on and off my mat; it has not only changed the way i view the world but more importantly the way i view myself. i am both excited and eager to be able to share these self loving practices with you.

you can catch me in studio at Life Time Athletics teaching surrender, a yin style format, on Sundays 12:15-1:15
